Fake 'Steam' Promotion
I have seen a fake 'promotion' going round saying that if you share the 'Steam' link with a certain number of people you get free giftcards and such for Steam. This is obviously fake.
If anyone sends you any suspicious link do not click it. Always ask what the link is for when someone sends you one and do not accept random friend requests.
This kind of thing always happens around this time of year, not just for steam but for pretty much all on-line media, just be on your guard and remember; if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
As a side-note if anyone here sends me any bullshit fake links I'll be removing you from my friend list.
