Promotion (Jeremy D. Willis)

SSgt. Dethfield said:

Corporal Willis has had a wild ride since the expansion last year. Being an original member of EP2S1 as a T/5 and quickly moving up to the ASL spot under Sgt. Boelter, Willis continued to improve his leadership skills while also learning the game that we were all new to. Upon becoming the squad leader of EP2S1, he inherited a small squad with a solid core of members but was struggling in other areas. Fortunately, he was willing to learn from the more experienced sergeants around him and all of this effort has paid off. EP2S1 now currently has the best squad attendance in Easy company, is home to 3 excellent SLT candidates, and have become well known for their excellent use of the various weapons and assets of the game (something others continue to struggle with). It is safe to say that Cpl. Willis is one of the primary factors for this huge, hasty jump in squad effectiveness and in recognition of his efforts I am proud to give him his third chevron. Awesome job, Sgt. Willis!
