Badge (James T. Kear)

2Lt. Kear has hit his 4 years of service mark. You would think that he may have gone stale by now. He has not. Bitter, grizzled and experienced, that is more like the 2Lt. You cannot serve in any organization for that period of time and not experience all warts and wrinkles it offers. Things like his HQ not noticing the constant skilled execution he displays as a rifleman. Not stale, but experienced.... and now with a Sharpshooter Arms Qualification Badge on his chest. He has deserved it for a while. It is his skill and persistence that earn it for him.
