Issues accessing 29th Forum

Gentleman,

I have on of our soldiers having issues accessing the web site. PFC Ivanov sent the the following information. Is this something you can help with?

“Cpl. I am having issues with accessing the http://29th.org site to post the LOA. I have notified Sgt. Dott a couple of weeks ago. When I try to reset my password, all goes well, I receive the link be email, and update my password. When I try to use it, I get the "Sorry, permission denied." message. Please escalate it to an expert. I had this issue a year ago, and it was resolved by the Engeneers...”

    Please follow the proper format to request assistance, as outlined in the topic "How to Request Technical Support". I will, however, say that 29th website issues are unfortunately not something Medical can cover as all of that is handled by our Battalion Clerk, T/3 Slomczynski. He is a smart guy, I'm sure he could help resolve this problem.
