Promotion and Award (Jein Lee)

EP3S1 has had an interesting history in it's brief life. It switched SLs and ASLs pretty quickly. This can be an issue if the people that take the spots aren't in the right mindset; however, PFC Lee was not one of these people. Since day one, the PFC began to adjust himself to his new ASL position; after all, he had big shoes to fill. He brought with him his high standards and his charismatic attitude. This made S1 a better place for many months to come. Obviously, people aren't perfect and will make mistakes; however, PFC Lee is a big boy -- he knows when to admit it. This is something that I like from my leadership as I am like this as well. It helps people grow and it's helped him a lot as well. He's really become a presence here in Easy Company and I know that S1 wouldn't be the same without him. He is an invaluable leader and I am glad to have him under me. With all of this said, he is getting two things: the NCO Ribbon and a promotion to Corporal. Congratulations, Cpl. Lee!
