Promotion and Badges (Brian G. Coughlan)
Cpl. Gibson said:
Pvt. Coughlan has been around a little while now and has made steady improvements. In his very early days in the unit, there certainly were moments that had me thinking "What is this guy doing???" But I am happy to say that I know longer look at his play and think that. Coughlan has turned into a member that I can count on to show up and do his job. I can give him an assignment and I don't have to worry about it. And that is what a squad leader really wants out of his members. You don't always have to make some spectacular play. We just ask that you do your job the best you can and be consistent. Pvt. Coughlan exemplifies the ideal squad member, a member that can be apart of that much needed "core". So because of this Private's good work and importance to our squad, he is deserving of some shiny stuffs. So I am happy to see him be awarded his Expert Infantry Badge, Rifle Marksman Badge, and a very well earned promotion to the rank of Private, First Class. Great job PFC Coughlan!
