Promotion (Ross M. Dethfield)

Sgt. Dethfield has long been an established leader in the 29th and has beyond shown his competency as a Platoon Sergeant since his promotion to the position. In my time overseeing Easy Company, I have never had to babysit Sgt. Dethfield or his Platoon and have have remained confident that he will always be able to get the job done when needed. The only place that Sergeant Dethfield is completely and utterly lacking is the number of letters in his rank. To assist him in improving this deficiency, I am pleased to promote him to Staff Sergeant.
