4.5GHz at 1.392V whilst maintaining 33°C is pretty good, I guess your processor is relatively recent? Which model is it? What's peak temps under load?
Also I'd personally advise against overclocking using utilities and instead use the BIOS (if you know what you're doing).
I'm running an i7 920 from 2008 and I can just squeeze 4.2GHz with around 1.375V out of the ancient thing and I'm reaching, almost pushing, the upper limits of the chip's VID voltage range, (1.375V is considered 'maximum') and my temperatures frequently hit the upper 80 degrees... although Intel specifies 99°C as thermal junction max for core temp (maybe I'm safe) in my defence though it's been running near-absolutely fine for close to a decade under such duress, I guess the older chips were really built like tanks.

Intel I5-4670k, arma temperature is around 40-45°C. Mainly use the program to try and look for stable OC settings.
The Dance of Death, by Percy Smith. He served in the Royal Marine Artillery from 1916 to 1919, seeing the carnage of the Somme, and staying up on the frontline until the war ended. Some of his sketches were featured in the last WWI exhibition hosted on the Imperial War Museum.

Pretty much what people do with vehicles in admin! It's a legit strategy.
