Promotion (Max Brown)

Every once in a while, the 29th receives a member whose high potential and capabilities are instantly plain to see. PFC Brown is one such member. For the past eight months or so, he's distinguished himself time and time again. Be it his impressive performance on the field, which has earned him an Army Commendation Medal or his willingness to put the needs of the platoon above his own personal preferences when he first transferred to S3 in their time of need, earning him a Good Conduct Medal, PFC Brown is a man that can always be counted on. Since September of last year, he's been serving diligently and professionally as CP2's platoon clerk. Sometimes, that slips my mind as his performance in that role is completely without faults or problems for me or anyone else to deal with. He knows his job and he does it well. For this and his many other contributions in his time here so far, his squad, platoon and company leadership has deemed it very fit to promote him to the rank of Technician, Fifth Grade.

Congratulations T/5, you've more than earned it.
