  • As far as uplifting pop anthems go, not bad. 6/10

The Comet Is Coming - Blood of the Past (feat. Kate Tempest)

  • 7/10

Braxton Holmes feat. John Redman - People Everyday [Mark Grant's Free Mix]

  • There are many elements in this that I like, but the obnoxious bass drum hitting down on every beat throughout ruins the song for me. I have a feeling I would like the original version more.
    Rating: 3/10

Snarky Puppy - "What About Me?"

  • Truly excellent instrumentals. The bass is fire. Love the wind section. Drummer is really good too.
    Rating: 9/10

In the spirit of instrumental songs...

Arcade Fire - Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) Live at Coachella 2011

  • edited May 2019

The song is not bad, but the poor sound mixing here does ruin the experience a little bit for me. The vocals tend to get drowned out by the instrumental. I wish they balanced the audio levels.
