Well, I left on ELOA for 45 days and came back to the squad being as strong as ever. Sgt. Greene has a great hold over the squad, and everyone in there knows his advice is solid and to follow through with it. Multiple times I’ve seen Sgt. mention something 1 round and the next round the boys execute it flawlessly. That kind of leadership is hard to come by, and I’m glad we have it in S1. Congrats on your 9th AoCC Sgt!
