Not many in the 29th have made an impression like Sgt. McArdle. Upon meeting the lad, you’d be surprised to learn his age given his extraordinary poise. Possessing a calm and authoritative demeanor, yet welcoming and open enough to make the men under his command feel at ease, the mantle of leadership rests naturally upon his shoulders. The 29th is fortunate to have an NCO of his caliber. Congratulations Sgt. McArdle, on your three and a half years of service and your seventh Army of Occupation Award.
