Pvt. Lapp has shown in a few drills that he is capable of performing to a standard we hold 29th members to. He follows orders and fights with as a team with his squad to good effect. Sgt. Hatfield also left a note for us which states that Pvt. Lapp is deserving of the EIB, Rifle marksman badge and a promotion to PFC. Cpl Lebedev and I agree with him. Congratulations PFC Lapp for your badges and promotion.
