Pvt. Uki is a soldier whose will to improve is matched by none one I’ve ever met in the 29th. He always makes sure to ask after drills what he did well and what he can improve. And when he gets the feedback, one of the most rewarding things happens for me and Cpl. Dimitrov: we get to see him, already in the next drill, implementing the advice given to him. Mark my words, this man will improve at an exponential rate, and will become a walking wikipedia of information of tactics from all leaders in EP1. I consider myself lucky to be in the same squad as Pvt. Uki because his will to learn makes it that much more rewarding to be in squad leadership. More than anything, these rewards will act as concrete milestones showing that the basics have been mastered by Pvt. Uki. I can’t wait to see your improvement skyrocket now that you are finally promoted to a PFC. Congratulations PFC Uki!
