Throughout his four years as squad leader, Sgt. McArdle has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and unwavering dedication to his unit. Over his years he has touched many lives in the unit and has taught some of the most legendary ARs to bless this unit. He not only crafts the best ARs but is a mentor to me and so many other leaders in the unit. Sgt.
