Promotion (Steinbarth)

2Lt. Wright Said:

Cpl. Steinbarth joined the 29th shortly after I did. I didn’t get to know him back then as he was just a Pvt. in EP1S3. He seemed to keep himself to himself and those were the best days in my 29th Career. Then, when EP1S4 was created, he was one of the lucky few to join that squad. At the time Lockdown happened so I got to know Cpl. Steinbarth through not only S4 drills but also other games. Then he thought “I want to spend more time with 2Lt. Wright” So he became an ADI and join the ranks of BCT. Cpl. Steinbarth and I became good friends, he was very punctual and did exactly what he was told. He loved orders and organisation, he would talk to me daily about his love of East Germany, especially his hometown of Berlin. Cpl. Steinbarth decide to into SLT, he work hard but came out as a fresh Cpl. He was put into Leadership in EP1S1 under Sgt. Hatfield guidance. He was trained well and so when the opportunity for Leadership for S2 came up, Cpl. Steinbarth was passed over but, he stayed strong and didn’t complain. Then it came up again. Cpl. Steinbarth was more than ready to go fill that leadership role. That was just shy of a year and his squad is performing very well under his leadership. Now I think it’s time he loses the Cpl. Rank as it no longer suits his current leading standard and for him to be promoted to Sgt. Well done. Sgt. Steinbarth.
