Two Years of Service (Gavin T. Wash)

PFC Wash has always made quite a name for himself within the 29th ID, from the first time he joined, until his receiving of this World War I Victory Medal. This marks quite the achievement for any member of the 29th, and should be celebrated accordingly. Such a medal comes along with the notions of experience within their AIT, company culture, and battlefield proficiency. PFC Wash has always dedicated himself not only to his machine gunner craft, but the 29th ID community as a whole. PFC Wash has frequently offered suggestions to leadership and challenged cultural norms in a healthy and productive way that benefits both leadership and everyone else. The only thing that can be hoped from PFC Wash at this point in his career is to continue onwards to his second World War I Victory Medal, and continue to be himself. Congratulations PFC Wash on your 4th AOCC and first World War I Victory Medal.
