Promotion and Award (Arthur S. Leite)

Here in FP1 we have had quite a few important transfers from FP2 over the existence of Fox Company. Several of these transfers have been key to FP1’s development and the platoon’s current culture and performance. PFC Leite is one of these folks. He is part of the extra spice that has come to us from FP2 and even though he is just a little bit crazy, we like that here in FP1. Since coming to S2 as an SLT candidate in the early stages of his jedi training PFC Leite has fit in quite well. His CE background has meant that he too shares FP1’s singular braincell for blowing stuff up. In addition to all this PFC Leite brings a certain energy that while sometimes frustrating, I can’t help but enjoy. His creativity is his defining characteristic, while this doesn’t always work out well for him his confidence to stick to his ideas even if he is unsure it will succeed is commendable. He also has an enthusiasm that is infectious, and I think if he continues to apply that enthusiasm to his creative strats he may hone them into a deadly force. And now that he has come to the end of his days as a padawan, HQ and I agree that he should no longer be a padawan first class and that he instead be a Technician 5th Grade, and be awarded his NCO Professional Development Ribbon. Congrats T/5 Leite.
