Most privates are not exactly great examples of proficiency in any category. Most of the time they are dead or doing little to aid their squad. They may score a kill, have a position that allows them to last to the end of a round, or make a callout that ends up winning a round for their team. These are all examples of luck. Private Bee does not need luck. He has proven time, and time again that he is capable of making decisions that garner multiple kills, finding positions that keep him alive, and making callouts that aid the team. This sort of independent thought, and excellence in carrying out orders to the best of his ability proves that he has been ready and prepared for his promotion to PFC since he first joined the 29th. I am extremely lucky to have Pvt. Bee in my squad. Congratulations on this promotion Pvt. Bee, you are a fantastic rifleman, and I am excited to see the things you can do in the future.
