Pvt. Wash has had a turbulent career within the 29th thus far, but his progress has been undeniable. Pvt. Wash has dramatically improved to the level that is expected of the rank of Private, First Class. Pvt. Wash has demonstrated that he can maintain discipline, work cohesively in a team environment, and complete objectives in-game on the battlefield. Pvt. Wash has had outstanding attendance since joining the 29th ID, and has always been thoroughly engaged with the 29th community in guesting other drills, socialization in TeamSpeak, and an interest in combat strategies in-game. It is fitting and appropriate for Pvt. Wash’s clear commitment to himself and the 29th community that he receives the EIB and subsequent promotion to PFC.
