What to say about EP4s own FSB agent. There were rumours that he was interested in becoming the next vasily zaitzev once upon a time, but good old Sgt. J Wright crushed that dream and turned this fledgling PFC on the correct path of leadership. PFC Lebedev jumped at the chance of doing that and quickly got himself an ASL spot early in his SLT class.
While there he has steadily improved his abilities and is now a proficient leader that we are happy to have in EP4.
With these nice words I am happy to award him with his Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon and a well deserved second chevron and a promotion to Corporal. Congratulations Cpl. Lebedev
