Over the last year or so, 2nd Battalion has greatly expanded its involvment in various public events with other units in the Squad community. These efforts have always hinged on the dedicated members of our Signal Corps. From conversing with other unit leadership, to arranging specific dates and times to commit to these events, to making sure the 29th brings enough members… the effort to make it all happen is rather significant.
During this time, Cpl. MacNevin has been working tirelessly in his role as a Unit Liason. He is involved in almost every event we go to, every discussion between us and another unit, and can always be counted on to have whatever important information senior leadership needs. And he does all of this while still leading a squad. I think, at the very, least he has earned a Good Conduct Medal.
