The best thing that any squad leader can observe in his men is growth. Not excellence in play, not incredible feats of leadership or strategy, but growth. When I think of growth, I naturally think of PFC Frank. Here is a member who has gone from an average member to an exceptional member. His dedication and intensity is unquestionable, and in recent months his gameplay has improved immensely. Frank grew from another rifleman to that rifleman. The kind of guy you find making game changing plays every week. The kind of guy you never have to worry about being left to his own devices. The kind of guy you send out when you want something done right the first time. He has worked incredibly hard to prove and improve himself.
