Recruit Alderweireld,

In your Steam aliases you have “SD” tags and what appears to be rank annotations. Could you please describe what games/units these are from?

Also, as you’ve selected Belgium, we would normally place you in our GMT Training Platoon. This would begin 4 September at 2PM EST. Alternatively we have an EST TP beginning 28 August at 7PM EST. Which would you prefer?

Please respond here so we can continue processing your enlistment.

Dear Roland,

The SD tags were from my time playing with -=Skunkdogz=- during the early access days of Squad and an assortment of different first person or third person tactical shooters such as. This however was less of a milsim clan and simply a group of friends who liked to play competitive or tactical games in a more casual type setting.

The rank annotations come from playing with some discord friends who are associated with 7th Cavalry. (Squad)

I have likewise forwarded an application with the 7th Cavalry earlier today however am still waiting to hear back from them. Though am not currently enlisted there.

I have a rather long history of playing tactical shooters with friends and family however I put (none) under previous milsim experience because it was never considered to be such.

I hope that clears that up.

As for which Training Platoon you’d wish to place me under, that is entirely up to you. I travel quite often so my hours do shift rather often. Do note 4th September won’t be a possibility as I am traveling the 4th and 5th. The 28th on the other hand should work for me just fine as for now.

Kind regards,
R.

You are aware if your enlistment is accepted to the 29th Infantry Division then you will be required to withdraw your application to 7th Cavalry immediately, right?

Once confirmed I can discuss with HQ if this requires additional approval from military police or if you are fine to be accepted without MP checks.

Dear Grissom.

Understood! Just happened to post in the Squad discord regarding milsim communities earlier today and been receiving PMs informing me about the different types of organizations. Just trying to figure out the best place for me to settle.

Kind regards.
R.

Pending HQ Approval.

Approved for BCT regarding enlistment and contact is cut with 7th Cav. @intensesteak85 @RubiconRolo
