Cpl. Duran has been here for the entire life cycle of Dog Company, which makes it very hard to imagine a DP1 without him. Him being a fixture has also lead to his rock steady style of leadership, keeping a cool head at all times. This sense of focus also makes him one of the best lights the company has ever seen, through which he has set a great example for his squad. And so, Cpl. Duran has molded his squad into great shape, created excellent leadership through SLT and his ASL, and has not let his personal skill slip in the process. But most surprising of all, he has maintained a constant stream of top notch memes that will never cease to amaze me.
