"Almost 2 years with the 29th and I’ve found a home away from home with this organization. It helped remind me of all the good times of serving on active duty, and I’ve made many lasting friendships here. Real life duty may be calling me away for a period of time, but my time in the 29th has been just as memorable. I wish all the best to my fellow squad and platoon members, and hope to see you all again when my real life duty ends. I may be a member of 1st Battalion, 116th IN in real life, but my time with Easy Company, 2nd Battalion has been far more memorable. Ever Forward!"

Thank you for welcoming me and helping me learn how to be a 29ther. I know you’ll be out there doing what you love and look forward to seeing you again in the future. All the best and Ever Forward!

Big sad :disappointed:

I will truly not recover from this wound, at least for ~8 months when he returns. Regardless Cpl. Crockett has been an absolute pleasure to have in the squad and I can genuinely say he is one of my closest friends in the unit and having known him for these past years it is sad to say goodbye but I can rest easy it is only temporary. Go get you some of those Chinese rations and hang some rounds for me!

It was great being in a squad with you, have fun on your trip!
