"Almost 2 years with the 29th and I’ve found a home away from home with this organization. It helped remind me of all the good times of serving on active duty, and I’ve made many lasting friendships here. Real life duty may be calling me away for a period of time, but my time in the 29th has been just as memorable. I wish all the best to my fellow squad and platoon members, and hope to see you all again when my real life duty ends. I may be a member of 1st Battalion, 116th IN in real life, but my time with Easy Company, 2nd Battalion has been far more memorable. Ever Forward!" |
