One Year and Six Months of Service (Christopher L. Elston)

PFC Elston has had an admirable career so far in the 29th. He has been a proud member of EP3S1 since he first graduated from BCT. EP3S1 has gone through many changes, but he has always been our crewman. The crewman is one of the most under-appreciated AITs, but we definitely appreciate Elston. When in a vehicle, he leads that part of the team. When outside of the vehicles, he does whatever is needed to help the team and squad win. Whether that means playing medic, repairing objectives, or taking care of business with a rifle, he always knows what to do. Elston can give us knowledge about vehicles, and he allows us to have varied drills, knowing we’ll always have at least one person to crew whatever we want to use in a drill. I can’t imagine not having a crewman in the squad, and I hope I never have experience that. I’m sure Elston will be here for his fourth AoCC, and he’ll probably have an armor sharpshooter badge to go with it. Congrats!

Elston, me lad! Good ta see ya

Woah! Cool!
