One Year and Six Months of Service (Darren A. Barquest)

I’ve known PFC Barquest for some time now, originally meeting him back in DP3S2 during the squad’s ‘Golden Age’ where he proved to be a reliable light. It wasn’t long after that PFC Barquest also grabbed the mantel of leadership and provided his support and tutelage as an assistant squad leader before having to take a leave of absence for real life commitments. When I found out he re-enlisted AND was assigned to my squad in DP3S4, I was simply ecstatic to have an old friend back within the unit. We now find PFC Barquest in the rear with his devastating thumper rounds or our own personal bunker buster spearheading the front; utilizing the eruption of C4 or WP. Thanks for being a great asset to the squad! And as always “Stick Around” - Alan “Dutch” Schaefer.

Always get killed by your MG in DP3 drills. Glad you’re still with us, congratulations!
