PFC Martin is keen, he’s keen as they come, but he’s also focused, razor sharp, self critical, cares deeply about how he performs and puts a lot of thought into how he can better himself and those around him. This is why he found himself very early on in his time with us thrust into a position of leadership. Since entering leadership as a relatively junior member of our community, PFC Martin did things the right way, asserting his authority and leadership when required, but making note to learn from and speak to those with more time served, or technical skills in a certain area. This serves to make him a very well rounded member of our DP1 Leadership team.
DP1S4 has been strong for a long time, their recent victory in DBOTS is purely a bi product of their hard work, one of the main driving forces behind this, is this gentleman.
