Promotion and Award (Diego Suárez)

2Lt. Griffin said:

PFC Suárez has been a stalwart of DP1 for long time, a strong character, outspoken, likes to do things his own way, decent enough attributes for someone tasked to lead and run a squad, having stepped into the shoes of another very charismatic leader. Suárez has led S1 for nearly a year up to now.
He’s come a long way since his false start with us in the Winter of 2018, he transformed from a 2 month GD private to being a leader of one of the oldest and most storied squads in Dog Company. Over the past year, due in part to his time spent completing his studies alongside, he has now finally finished and has been signed off for completing all that was asked of him as part of SLT.
Due to circumstances out his control he is stepping away from squad leadership for the time being, but has time and time again proved himself as a capable leader of others, and will do again, therefore congratulate him on being awarded his NCO Professional Development Ribbon and Promotion to T/5!
