Promotion and Award (Jeremiah L. Johnson)

SSgt. York said:

T/5 Johnson started his career in the trenches of EP3S1 and quickly made a name for himself. It didn’t take him long to claim his AIT which he rapidly became proficient with. His squad leadership always gave him excellent marks on attitude, attendance, and gumption. Almost a year to the day from when he joined the 29th did he enter into SLT. In that short time he made a name for himself, helping his leadership by doing all that we can ask of a PFC. Dedication and application of his skills as a natural leader. He had already earned the status as a veteran PFC and with such title came the responsibility of taking charge when no-one else was around to do so. Through his time in SLT he has rapidly expanded his skills and came into his own as a leader. He has cleared all the hurdles laid before him and is thoroughly deserving of his new rank. It is with great confidence in his future that I am happy to pin on his Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon and congratulate him on his promotion to Technician 5th Grade.
