Since joining DP3S2, Pvt. Holmes has been nothing but exemplary in his role as a rifleman and member of the squad. His positive attitude and deadly accuracy has been a great addition to the squads morale and combat effectiveness. Whether scouting a flank or getting long range picks, I can rely on him to see the job done. Given these attributes, we find it fitting to award Pvt. Holmes his Expert Infantry Badge and subsequent promotion to PFC. Congratulations, PFC Holmes!
