As the newest and youngest member of the squad, Finniff has shown tremendous growth and dedication. His eagerness to contribute and positive attitude have made him an invaluable part of the team from day one. He understands that no team works if everyone is trying to lead at the same time, and he’s always been quick to listen and follow when leadership takes charge. But what sets him apart is his ability to recognize when it’s his time to step up. More and more, Finniff has been offering thoughtful and impactful input that has helped shape plans for the better. When the battle is underway, he follows orders without hesitation, but when the plan starts to break down, he finds a way to rally his courage and the team, always pushing toward the objective.
