Promotion and Badge (Ethan R. Kon)

SSgt. Gibson said:

T/5 Kon and I go way back. From the very early days of EP3S4 when I was a new SL, to assisting him on his journey to Platoon Sniper, to entering leadership and becoming the ASL of not one but two of EP3’s squads, he has been a giant pain. The thing is, he has been a good pain. While he loves to annoy and provoke me, he has always taken my advice to heart, seeking ways of improving. His development in his time here is truly remarkable and while not too long ago I could have never seen him where he is today. I am truly proud of how far he has come and I am extremely excited and proud to present him his Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon and to promote him to the rank of Corporal. Congrats Cpl. Kon!
