Corporal Dawdy has been a squad leader in DP3 for quite some time now. During this time he has proven himself time and time again. He is someone that the rest of the platoon looks up to. More than willing to take time and help anyone whether that’s new or old. He is a pillar upon which DP3 rests and without him the platoon would not be the same. Corporal Dawdy was instrumental in getting Pathfinder school off the ground which turned into Ordnance corp., and continues to try and teach those who come and look for it. He has held a squad squad together through thick and thin, when he was by himself, and when he was training a fresh ASL. Through all of this Corporal Dawdy never wavered, and always strived for the best for both himself, his squad, his platoon, and his company as a whole. No matter where he went he always held up the standard the 29th looks for and wants in not just a Corporal, but a Sergeant as well. With everything that Corporal Dawdy has done and strived for I feel it is only appropriate to promote you to the rank of Sergeant. congratulations Sergeant Dawdy.
