This is an AOCC that I’ve been waiting to write for a while now. Its been apparent since the beginning that PFC Barnes means business and his dedication shows it. He’s always early, he consistently guests a bunch of drills and he works to improve his own gameplay. Every week he’s getting better, but more importantly his confidence as a player is increasing. He’s a model PFC and its been an absolute pleasure to have him in S1. It may have only been 6 months so far but it feels like he’s been with us for years. He still has a long way to go till his rainbow though, but with his commitment I know he’ll make it. Congratulations PFC Barnes on your 1st AOCC!
