Maas joined the squad at a tougher time when we had lost some of our leadership and impact players. He was really a big part of building EP3S1 back up into what it is now. We had small numbers, and we lacked AITs. There was a time where being a private in this squad was probably not an enjoyable experience, but Maas stuck it out, even keeping perfect attendance. After 6 months, I can confidently say that he’s now one of our most important AIT holders and an impact player himself. I’m thrilled to have him, and appreciate all he’s done in his time here.
