Starting from the top PFC Aoki has been the most consistently improved member of S1. From barely saying a word during and after drills. To now coming to me prior to scheduled event/drills with a step by step strategy that includes pictures with descriptions as to why an area needs to focused on or avoided. This improvement has extended to his Automatic Rifleman AIT as well. I have watched him ask for advice from other AR AIT holders within the 29th to now teaching up and coming AR holders. His skill has gotten him noticed not only by NCOs within EP2 but within EP3 and Fox as well. I have had a few Cpls And Sgts. tell me that PFC Aoki performed exceptionally well during a drill while guesting. I am very proud to see that he has found his way within our unit and continues to excel at his craft as time goes on. I can honestly say that there is nobody currently more deserving of a Good Conduct Medal than PFC Aoki. I am confident that he will only get better as time goes on and will continue to impress all members of the 29th.
