Pvt. Finniff has progressed excellently with his rifle since joining us in S2. Although I was absent on ELOA during much of his development, it was night and day for me seeing the differences in the Private before I left when he was just joining us, and when I came back 6 weeks later to see a confident, squared away rifleman that can follow a plan, get a few kills, and communicate well. For his progress and improvement, Pvt. Finniff is receiving his Rifle Marksmanship Badge. Way to go Pvt!
