PFC Roland has done something that I myself have not even managed to do yet. While the CAB will always be one of the most important accomplishments in the 29th, it remains one of the more exclusive awards given out. Like many things Roland has taken upon himself, recruiting is something nobody pushed him to do or encouraged in any extra way. Roland just knows what is best for the unit and his reputation here in the 29th, and he’s always striving to build upon that. I have no doubt that Roland will continue to bring others into the unit, and I only hope that at least some of them come close to being as awesome as he is. Congratulations, Roland.
