It is safe to say that vehicle use in 2nd Bn is not just widespread, but heavily suited and scrutinized. They can be such powerful assets yet in the wrong hands can also be a disaster. On top of it all, the Crewman AIT could be argued to be the most difficult of them all due to the monumental knowledge and training required to effectively operate vehicles as well the very unique nature of vehicle gameplay. It is, therefore, no surprise that not only are crewmen in high demand, but good crewmen are at a premium.
FSgt. Bagge has always been heavily involved in the development of crewman training and doctrine. He and I have had many talks about the best way to use these terrifying machines, and I have come to see him as one of the foremost experts on the subject. He has put in countless hours practicing the AIT and has taken all of the bruises to his ego that come along with it in stride. Between his routinely excellent command decisions, his pinpoint gunnery, and extremely reliable driving, it is obvious to everyone that he is one of the absolute best we have, and so I am pleased to present to him his Armor Expert Badge.
