Teaching is a fairly difficult skill. It requires extensive knowledge of a subject while simultaneously also requiring a certain amount of charisma and social skills, making good teachers extremely valuable. Ordnance Corps’ entire purpose is teaching, specifically the skills needed to perform the roles needed on the battlefield. Some time ago, 2Lt. Tremblay took it upon himself to begin teaching those around him the in-demand skills of combat engineering. I am happy to say he has not only proven to have the qualities listed earlier, but he has stuck it out in the long term. In honor of his efforts, he is being awarded the Ordnance Instructor Badge.
