PFC Blackwood first started his Crewman journey 13 months ago, taking up the role shortly after becoming a PFC. Never showing much interest in any other role, Blackwood got stuck in straight away and began his bombardment of questions to pretty much everyone who ever crewed within the 29th ID. He sadly left us for a short time but, at the beginning of 2025, re-enlisted and re-joined his former squad of EP4S2. I have personally witnessed tremendous growth within Blackwood, both in character and crewman skills. I hope he continues this dedicated effort to improve and am looking forward to seeing where his path takes him. I am honoured, therefore, to recommend he receive his Armour Marksman Badge.
