Sgt. Steinbarth has been in Lighthouse for over three years now. The first two years were as an ADI, he performed his task beyond the standard and kept a good reputation with his ADI Peers, he was very committed to the position and was attending all of the sessions he could. After the two-year mark, the role of DI was open, Steinbarth volunteered and went through the training to become a DI. He has now been in that post for over a year and is doing the job with a high degree of standard. Let me be the first to say Congratulations on achieving the DI badge.
