Not long ago, PFC Osaka achieved the incredible feat of recruiting ten people. Now that in and of itself is already an incredibly high amount of people for one man to recruit, though even back then I knew that it wouldn’t be long before I had to write another one of these award posts because of him. Lo and behold, a few months later, I was proven right; having managed to recruit more than twenty people, PFC Osaka solidifies his position amongst one of the most dedicated and effective recruiters of the 29th.
