hello i spent months working PFC this does not seem fair to demote me.
i have no idea why this winfull came from but is from my point of view is not fair for my time at the 29th i was top member, and PVPER and I was in more then one dep then just my unit this is not fair for the months of dediction i have given this unit to get the rank pfc.
It has been standard 29th practice that members who fail to post more than three absences in a 30 day period (3 AWOLs) are given a General Discharge, which is a full reset of your service record.
From October 31st to November 23rd, you received seven AWOLs. After attempts by your leadership (as documented in notes on your profile), you continued to not attend drills or post absence for that entire period (with the exception of November 9th) and were subsequently given a General Discharge.
While we appreciate your time in the unit, normal procedure was followed in both your exit from the unit and your “demotion” returning.

While we understand if you have to miss a training session, your attendance is a significant factor in graduating BCT.
