I would be happy to explain MWI. It is group that I play(ed) DayZ with (DayZ is the only game they play). However, it seems to have all but died out and just 1 or 2 of us play once per week at most.

While we understand if you have to miss a training session, your attendance is a significant factor in graduating BCT.
Your Enlistment Liaison will invite you to the Steam Group of the TP to receive reminders before your training starts.
Important:
Before you do anything , read the Recruit Handbook to learn what you will need to know to pass BCT. It also contains the basic 29th rules, Frequently Asked Questions, and a guide on how to set your in-game name properly.
You may change your in-game name to Pvt. Canova [29th 1688]
Please note the following rules:
- As a recruit, you will train with the Rifleman Class only.
You are to use the Rifleman Class only on our servers, at all times.
After you pass BCT you will have the opportunity to train with other weapons.
- Salute officers and warrant officers when they enter/leave our server.
Salute ranks WO1-5, 2Lt, 1Lt, Cpt, Maj, Lt. Col. - See the Recruit Handbook for info on how to bind a key to salute.
- Read our Wiki Page on TeamSpeak Professionalism to see what kind of behavior we are expecting from you during your stay on our TS server.
- By enlisting with us you accept our Exclusivity Policy that states you will not participate in any other groups that play the following games: Arma 3/Arma 2/Red Orchestra 2/Rising Storm/Rising Storm 2: Vietnam/Red Orchestra/Darkest Hour/Day of Defeat/Day of Defeat: Source/Squad.
- Reply to this enlistment thread stating simply ‘Checking In’.

Hey Recruit Canova,
Great to see you have enlisted into the 29th Infantry Division. Just to clarify, you have asked to be placed in the GMT training platoon, which will run 5 days a week at 2pm EST. We have training platoons more appropriate for the United States region that run at 7pm EST and 9pm EST if you would prefer this option.
However, if you are fine with GMT that is not a problem, just let me know.

For training, due to my work schedule being 6pm-6am est that rotates every week as far as days GMT gives me the best opportunity to make every day. If I were to participate in the 7pm EST training I would be guaranteed to miss Wednesday and Thursday of that week due to my work schedule.

Unfortunately some unforeseen circumstances have come up and I will not be able to attend BCT this week and will have to reevaluate my schedule moving forward.
