As for your enlistment- Charlie company, Arma 3, does not offer PST as an option. We offer EST and GMT. I assume you would prefer a EST BCT which is 7:00 - 8:00 PM EST. Does that work for you? Otherwise, the second option is GMT which is at 2:00 - 3:00 PM EST.
