SPECIAL NOTICE

Thank you for enlisting in the 29th Infantry Division! You have enlisted at an exciting time for us, we are performing some updates to how we process and integrate people to the unit - so welcome!

However, as we are going through this transition, your time to join us in-game for BCT may be delayed slightly. Please forgive us for this inconvenience, and I hope to see you in the unit very soon.

In the meantime, please be on the lookout for a message from your Enlistment Liaison. More details about them are below.

Ever forward.

RECRUIT ACCEPTANCE LETTER

Recruit Stallard,

Thank you for enlisting with the 29th Infantry Division. Your application has been accepted and the next step in becoming a member is to complete Basic Combat Training (BCT).

Your Enlistment Liaison (EL) will reach out to you shortly to assign you to a Training Platoon that works with your schedule. Please keep an eye on Steam and your Forums Inbox for messages.

Your Enlistment Liaison:

T/4 E. Murray, Steam Link, Discord Username: murray_.

Your Enlistment Liaison will be your point of contact for all questions and issues until you finish the BCT process and will be responsible for you during this time. Please feel free to ask them any questions that you might have and reach out to them. Please allow up to 24h for your Enlistment Liaison to respond - while we value prompt professionalism, the 29th Infantry Division is a volunteer organization.

Additional points of contact are:

Senior Enlistment Liaison: PFC McKee, Steam Profile, Discord Username: vuhpo

Supervisor of Enlistment Corps: Cpl. Roland, Steam Profile, Discord Username: RubiconRolo

While waiting for your Enlistment Liaison to reach out, please complete the following tasks.

  1. Review the Recruit Handbook. This Handbook has useful information about the 29th as well as basic rules, Frequently Asked Questions, and a guide on how to set your in-game name properly.

  2. Join our Discord! https://discord.com/invite/29th-id and set your ‘Server Nickname’ to “Rec. Stallard” so that our team can more easily contact you.

  3. Review your schedule for the next few days and determine what days and times you are available for BCT given the below information.

To assist you with finding an appropriate Training Platoon (TP), know that our BCT TPs are run at certain times Sunday through Wednesday. These times are as follows by time zone:

  • 19:00 GMT – (2:00 PM Eastern)
  • 19:00 EST – (7:00 PM Eastern)
  • 19:00 PST – (9:00 PM Eastern)

The following links will take you to a time zone converter if you need assistance in deciding which time zone works best for you. To find the time difference click, ‘Add another city or time zone’ and type in a city near you that shares your time zone and add it. For example, if I picked Los Angeles, which is a city on the west coast of America, I can see something scheduled at 7pm Eastern happening at 4pm Pacific.

This is the Eastern link, this is the Greenwich Mean Time link.

Your EL will be able to assist with any and all questions.

Please remember that by enlisting with us you accept our Exclusivity Policy that states you will not participate in any other groups that play the following games: Arma 2/Arma 3/Arma Reforger, Red Orchestra/Red Orchestra 2, Rising Storm/Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, Darkest Hour, Day of Defeat/Day of Defeat: Source, or Squad.

Welcome to the 29th, and good luck in Basic Combat Training.

Regards,
