Cpl. Akbulut took over from Cpl. Jonker quite some time ago. Soon after that he was left without an ASL yet always managed to put together great drills and lead the squad admirably. We have had the pleasure of spending quite a lot of time with him, taking to time to spend with each member of the squad and even accompanied me all the way through SLT. Always putting himself out there to lend a hand if needed.
